Enrollment & Registration

PROCESS:

 

Families complete an application and include a months worth of paystubs. Please submit completed applications to the receptionist at our district office at 4400 Alma Avenue.  Incomplete applications will not be processed.    

Applications and paystubs can also be scanned and emailed to Dr. Jennifer Tomita at [email protected].   

Applications will be processed and families will be notified of the status of their application and registration process if eligible. 

 

APPLICATIONS in Spanish, Chinese and Arabic will be available soon.
